Your style:
-Choose the style that suits you the best: Tonic, Pastel, Loft, Barok...
-Select your canvas size then confirm your order. You will then receive a confirmation by email which will indicate your purchase number.

Your photo:
-The photograph should be cropped to the face, not too bright, not too dark
-Please make sure that the face is taking up significant space on the photo
-Your photograph can either be in colour or black and white
-For digital photos, the minimum required size is 3 million pixels (approximately 6MO in jpeg format).
-Do not send photos taken with cell phones, the quality won't be sufficient to make a decent Pop Art with.

Send us your photo:
By email: pop@teojasmin.com - maximum size: 6MO - by precising your purchase number, name and surname, address and telephone.
By mail: Teo Jasmin, 50 avenue Pierre Sémard, 94200 Ivry sur Seine (by precising your purchase number, name and surname, address and telephone).
If you have hard copies or digital files exceeding 6MO, send us a mail by post to the aforementioned address. Your hard copies or digital files on CD will be returned to you along with your order.

The making of your Pop Art:
-A minimum delay of 3 working days is required for the creation of your Pop Art.
-Once your Pop Art is ready, we will send you a final proof in order to obtain your approval and get started with the printing
-If you are not totally satisfied with the result, you will have the possibility to ask us for a retouch, but still in the same style that you originally ordered. Unfortunately, at this stage we cannot change your Pop Art style.
-Another 5 working days will be needed for the printing and shipment of your Pop Art after the return of the final proof. You will receive an email informing you of the dispatch of your canvas.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for possible transport delays.

Considering that the online Pop Art offer is not always qualitative, Teo Jasmin actually commits to continuously supply a unique and stylish result out of each photo. As a matter of fact, each portrait is carefully worked out by one of our professional graphic designers. Our Pop Arts are not "assembly line" made by automatic technical means. At Teo's, each picture is individually processed by our graphic designers who are doing their very best to satisfy you!
